LAVISH LOFT

RDID’s Lavish Loft project was a complete gut remodel of a rustic loft in downtown Chicago. The client let RDID create a space for her that was creative, sophisticated, elegant, and unique. It incorporated a lot of color and specialty features to add lots of interest and created a very engaging environment. Some of the special features we designed were the fireplace that divided the main space, a library and bar under the open staircase, we designed a glass wall for the master suite that overlooked the main space, and a custom headboard for the master suite. Both bathrooms were remodeled to be classy and chic. We used luxury furniture to fill the space with elegant comfort and added stunning art and accessories to finish off the space. A highlight of this project was using stunning, hand painted wall covering in the living area and hanging textile art over the front door.
