RDID’s industrial Condo project was a remodel of a very outdated condo space in Lincoln Park, Chicago. The bathrooms had not been touched for forty years and the space needed complete electrical and plumbing updates. The client intended to sell the space for a profit the following year so sticking to a budget and not over-improving the space was very important. We chose to simply give the kitchen a makeover and add millwork throughout the space to cut down on costs.
