CLUBHOUSE ROOF DECK

RDID’s Clubhouse Roof deck was a gut remodel of an amenity space on the roof of a Gold coast apartment building. We opened the interior space completely to the outside for the summer months. We built and furnished a fire pit area, pool area, and BBQ space with outdoor seating. We designed custom BBQ station for the outdoor deck for tenants to enjoy the stunning views of Chicago. The interior was redesigned with a full kitchen, fireplace and great room. The space was furnished in a transitional style to update the dated building.
